Had basic health screening blood test last Sunday!
Doctor took out a tube of blood from my arm!
Didnt really feel too scared beforehand and was rather calm when the needle was inserted, so there wasnt much pain when blood was extracted! Just felt a little something, like a little scratch?
Hahahaha.

Results out today. Doctor says I'm perfectly fine.
No diabetes, kidney failure, high cholesterol, etc.
Very glad. Pheww~
Tend to be a little worried since I'm not very thin and I like deserts so much and the food nowadays dont look really healthy. Hahaha.
I'll continue to eat consciously! Hoho.
